Biography
Joy Lloyd brings over 40 years of legal experience with an extensive focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, securities compliance, and contract preparation. Joy has provided services to international, national and local law firms in Denver and New York City, including four Am Law top 100 firms. She also held an in-house position with a publicly traded oil and gas company.
Originally a Colorado native, Joy worked for over five years with international law firms in New York City, where she specialized in emerging growth companies, private company, cross-border securities transactions, and public securities offerings. Since returning to Denver in 2012, Joy’s focus has been primarily in the areas of corporate governance, M&A transactions, and securities law.
