Great News! Denver Startup Week chose our attorneys, Michael Barry and David Ball, to present at the 2019 event. This interactive program, scheduled for September 17, 2019, at noon, focuses on legal issues that arise when starting, growing and funding your business.
Michael Barry will present on corporate and securities laws every company must understand when raising capital from investors. David Ball will present on how a company might respond when it receives a demand letter or is served a complaint. Our co-presenters will cover a range of topics, including employment issues and intellectual property.
Denver Startup Week (“DSW”), to be held the week of September 16-20, 2019, is a celebration of everything entrepreneurial in Denver and the largest free event of its kind in the world. The week long event unites the entrepreneurial community in Downtown Denver and beyond, and celebrates great companies, innovation, ideas, and people.
